Can you really make any progress in ten minutes a day?

If you're like me, you want to declutter, but you're unsure where to start and you feel like you lack the time. Sound familiar?

Can you spare just 10 minutes a day? It might seem insignificant, but those 10 minutes can be beneficial for various reasons. Spending just 10 minutes decluttering leaves you plenty of time for other activities such as running errands, cleaning, cooking and so on.

For many of us, the idea of decluttering can be overwhelming. However, by dedicating just 10 minutes to the task, you are making progress without feeling overwhelmed or stressed out.

Here are some quick ideas on how to declutter:

1. Set a timer: Commit just 10 minutes a day to decluttering. You'll be surprised at how much you can accomplish in a short time when you're focused.
2. One room at a time: Instead of getting overwhelmed by the whole house, focus on one room or even one drawer at a time.
3. Donate or discard: If you haven't used an item in the past year, consider donating it or throwing it away.
4. Organize as you go: As you declutter, organize items into categories. This will make it easier to find things later and maintain a clutter-free space.
5. Use storage solutions: Invest in storage boxes, shelves, or other organizing tools to help keep your space tidy.
6. Make it a habit: Make decluttering part of your daily routine. Even a few minutes a day can make a big difference in maintaining a clutter-free home.
